Our new Workout & Workshop sessions are officially live every Tuesday and Thursday, created to give you flexibility, community, and deeper growth in your practice. These are come‑and‑go classes, so you can join us for the portion that serves you best — or stay for the full experience.
Each session includes two 45‑minute segments:
45 minutes of movement — depending on who joins us, we may walk, use weights, stretch, or blend a little of everything. All ages and abilities are welcome.
45 minutes of workshop learning — beginning at 10:15 AM, we’ll explore weekly themes designed to strengthen your yoga practice and support whole‑body wellness.
You’re welcome to stay for the full hour and a half, or simply come for the part that fits your schedule and season. This structure gives you the freedom to enhance your practice in a way that honors your time and energy.
Workshop themes will be announced each week on our class schedule — both on social media and through email — so you’ll always know what we’re focusing on.
Drop‑in rates remain $20 per person, and class passes can also be used.
